To secure a reservation more than 60 days prior to arrival, a deposit equaling 50% of total fees is due at the time of booking. The balance of these fees is due 60 days prior to arrival. To secure a reservation less than 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of all fees are due at the time of booking.
