To secure a reservation more than 60 days prior to arrival, a deposit equaling 50% of total fees is due at time of booking. The balance of these fees are due 60 days prior to arrival. To secure a reservation less than 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of all fees are due at time of booking.
If a cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit, and any other payments made, are fully refundable less a $200 processing fee per person. If the cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival, payments made beyond the deposit are fully refundable with the deposit being credited towards a future trip taken within one year of cancellation. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments made beyond the deposit are fully refundable with the deposit being forfeited.
Due to unforeseen events, we encourage that you purchase travel insurance in case of the need to cancel your trip. One good source for travel insurance is Travel Guard (Call 800-826-4919 or visit www.travelguard.com/sportsmans).
Although pets are not allowed in the lodge, pets are allowed if kenneled (kennels not supplied) outdoors or in one of our out-buildings.
